Refund policy

How to get a refund

1. Email us

   Write to hello@gettidzy.app from the email you bought with, within 14 days of your purchase. Your order number (on the receipt) helps, but isn’t required.

2. We refund the full amount

   Back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. It usually shows up in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Your license is deactivated

   Once the refund goes through, the license key stops working on every Mac.

After 14 days

We still help. If you were charged twice, bought the wrong number of Macs or Tidzy won’t run on your Mac, email us and we’ll sort it out, including a refund or an upgrade for the difference.

Need a different seat count?

Bought for 1 Mac and need 2? Email us and we’ll move you over for the price difference instead of a refund and re-buy.
